Scott and I have been trying to find fun things to do with our little family of 3 in and around Oklahoma City. While we greatly miss the company of our friends and family it has been a fun time as we explore our new surroundings.
Our first exploration took us to the Oklahoma State Fair. Let's just say for my first state fair experience it was quite entertaining and provided fantastic people-watching opportunities.

Over Fall Break, Scott and i took Leo to the Oklahoma City Zoo. It was a great zoo and we had absolutely perfect weather. Leo had a blast being outside all day and seeing all the animals including 4 tiger cubs and one baby elephant...sooo cute!
Friday, we ventured to Orr Family Farm for Leo's 1st pumpkin patch experience. The hayride made him a bit nervous, but he really enjoyed playing with and trying to chew on the loose hay and the pumpkin he/Daddy chose.
